• Request for availability notification and visit planning: you will automatically receive notifications about new opportunities and be able to confirm or decline directly from the app, receiving back a confirmation or not of the client approval for you to undertake the requested the visit
• Additional communication tool: You will be able to directly chat with the coordinators from within the App without having to search for and wait for a reply (direct phone calls are always granted).
• You will have access to all related visit documentation and be able to download it
• Tracking planned visits - convenient and fully maintained up-to-date list of your visits on behalf of RINA.
• Key contact details - Many different people are involved in our daily work and the App will provide you the right contact details for all key stakeholders, should you need to contact them
• Assignment details - Never get confused or lose track of order details. The App will provide you with up-to-date access to all information in a simple-to-manage format
• Submit flash reports - we are enabling you to submit flash reports at the end of your inspection day through the App. These reports consist of five simple yes/no questions describing the result of your inspection.
